Due to recent incidence, the Captain and crew of the USS Renaissance have been accused of cooperating with the terrorist group known only as the League by the Romulan Empire. The Romulans suffered the most setback in a devastating ambush and they are now screaming for justice. In a bold move, Captain Odos, while cooperating with SFI, took the key members of his crew and liberated their vessel and went deep undercover, assuming the guise of a 'rogue' or 'pirate' ship while they fought to clear their names and return the honor of their ship. Using the Star Fleet Intelligence secret bases and resources, the crew of the Renaissance are going to regain their strength and show a new fierceness to this darker side of the Universe they find themselves traversing. Under SFI orders they will be going places that no standard Federation vessel could travel, all while ducking Federation patrols and avoiding Romulan retrieval ships.
