Captain David Scarlet - Marine CO

Excelling at his studies in the Academy, David's parents were a little disappointed when he decided to specialize in starship security. The first few years of his career were uneventful. He served his duties well and when the Yorktown was commandeered for a special assignment 2373, Scarlett was part of the team.

During the Dominion Wars, the USS Yorktown took part in many covert operations, with Scarlett volunteering to be in the ground troops with each one.

By the end of the Dominion War, Scarlett had made a name for himself as a hardworking and determined man with a knack for doing work that would probably get him killed. He was approached by Starfleet Intelligence for a special assignment which had little to no chance of returning. Scarlett accepted and after a year of intensive training was secreted to Romulus with the mission of protecting Ambassador Spock.

For nearly ten years Scarlett was Spock's secret bodyguard. Protecting the ambassador from nummerious assassination attempts as well as taking out a few Romulans the federation deemed a 'threat to peace'.

In 2385, Scarlett was taken out of Romulus and debriefed by Starfleet Intelligence. He was offered an early retirement but instead opted to go back to the neutral zone and act as a liaison aboard the USS Andfriend. During his time on the Andfriend, David still undertook missions from Starfleet Intelligence to tie up loose ends.

Personality/General Attitude/Quirks: Scarlett is serious about his job and ensuring that others know only what they need to about him. He can chat up a storm about just about anything as long as the conversation doesn't come back to his work. Absolutely HATES wearing a uniform.Special Skills/Hobbies:
